I’m going to grill Jessica Scott

And I want your help.

Actually, I think I want you all to do all the work for me…

A friend of mine, Jessica Scott, is having her first book out next month and I’m throwing her to the wol…err, readers.  But I need help coming up with questions.

Soooo… here’s her cover.

Here’s her blurb.

From the war-torn streets of Baghdad to the bittersweet comforts of the home front, two wounded hearts navigate the battlefield of coming home from war in this explosive eBook original from newcomer Jessica Scott.

Keeping his men alive is all that matters to Sergeant First Class Shane Garrison. But meeting Jen St. James the night before his latest deployment makes Shane wonder if there’s more to life than war. He leaves for Iraq remembering a single kiss with a woman he’ll never see again—until a near fatal attack lands him back at home and in her care.

Jen has survived her own brush with death and endured its scars. And yet there’s a fire in Shane that makes Jen forget all about her past. He may be her patient, but when this warrior looks her in the eyes, she feels—for the first time in a long time—like a woman. Shane is too proud to ask for help, but for Jen, caring for him is more than a duty—it’s a need. And as Jen guides Shane through the fires of healing, she finds something she never expected—her deepest desire.

Here is her website…she’s got some mad skillz.  She’s a mom, a wife…and a career soldier. Where does she find time to write? Hmmm…

Now, can you help me figure out some questions to ask her?  Some good, fun questions?

  1. I love when the hero or heroine is interviewed. Maybe you can interview Shane. Sounds like he could answer all sorts of questions.

  2. How did she meet her husband? Was it anything like her book? Where did she get the inspiration for this story? Is the couple based on anyone she knows in real life? The situation?

It’s cool to think something like that could actually happen. But did it??

  3. Is the guy on the cover available?
    Um seriously questions.
    – if money wasn’t an object what would be the ideal holiday?
    – hairy chest’s or smooth chests?

  4. When did she know she wanted to write or even know she could write well enough to be published? And I love kick butt woman characters & Jessica is one in RL – so cool!
