Ian studied her solemnly and then looked down. After another moment, he picked up a letter and added it to the board game in front of them.<\/p>\n

Neve looked down and felt her face go red as she read the word c-u-m<\/em>. \u201cThat doesn\u2019t count as a word. Well, not unless you\u2019re a thirteen-year-old boy.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ian winked at her. \u201cA thirteen-year-old boy lives in the heart of every man, love.\u201d<\/p>\n

She rolled her eyes. \u201cYou\u2019re just trying to get cheap points now. I\u2019m going to win and you know it.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWell, if we\u2019d played strip Scrabble, it wouldn\u2019t matter who won or lost. But we had to play it with our clothes . . . oi, that\u2019s not a word, either!\u201d He glared at the board where she\u2019d used a d<\/em> to make out the word v-a-d-e-r<\/em>.<\/p>\n

\u201cSure it is. As in Darth Vader<\/em>.\u201d She smugly tallied up the points. \u201cIf you can use dirty words, then I can use names.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cDirty words, eh?\u201d<\/p>\n

She realized she\u2019d somehow unconsciously challenged him. A few minutes later, he had the word c-u-n-t<\/em> and she wrinkled her nose at him. \u201cI don\u2019t like that word.\u201d<\/p>\n

Her breath hitched when he caught her hand and lifted it to his lips, catching one finger in his mouth and sucking on it. Heat fluttered inside, then spread when he pulled that finger out and moved to the other. \u201cIt wouldn\u2019t embarrass me if you sat there and told me that you wanted to put your mouth on my cock. Or any other part of me.\u201d<\/p>\n

Before she could formulate any sort of reply, he let her hand go and then braced his elbows on the coffee table. The lights were dim, the remnants of a pizza on the table next to them. \u201cRight, then. Your turn, Neve.\u201d<\/p>\n

When she kissed him again, a harsh sigh escaped him.\u00a0 He stood there, his hands braced on the table, one near her hip, the other precariously perched between her knees.\u00a0 She wondered what he\u2019d do if she wiggled closer and rubbed against him.<\/p>\n

Then she stopped thinking at all, because he\u2019d broken the kiss.<\/p>\n

The interruption might have lasted mere seconds.\u00a0 He moved from his position at the foot of the table to standing in front of her.\u00a0 One hand went to either of her knees and she sucked in a breath as he pushed them wide and moved to stand between splayed thighs.<\/p>\n

Then he reached up, tangling his hands in her hair.\u00a0 \u201cOpen your mouth,\u201d he said, his voice a low rasp, scraping against her senses like raw silk over bare flesh.<\/p>\n

She parted her lips and his tongue swept him.<\/p>\n

She shuddered and reached up, grasping at his arms, her nails sinking into his biceps.<\/p>\n
