Okay, so far, it seems like the book club idea is something that people are interested in.<\/p>\n

This is what’s going on over the next few months<\/p>\n

Book obsessed chicks<\/a> are reading Stolen<\/p>\n

Twi-mom bloggers<\/a> Wendee & friends are doing a book club reading of Lost in Love<\/p>\n

Triple M<\/a>\u00a0is doing a group read of The Unwanted<\/p>\n

There’s another group lined up-one of the Fresh Fiction book club groups-that will be doing a read of WRECKED.<\/p>\n

Now… I’m interested in having a group, and this would be good for an online group who is okay with a PDF ARC and likes PNR\/RS, doing a read of The Protected just a few weeks prior to it’s release in September.<\/p>\n

I’m looking for group that has between 15-20 people<\/em> and 5-10 need<\/em> to be willing to post reviews. \u00a0Reviews can be to GR or blogs although I would appreciate them going to Amazon or BN once the sites allow reviews to be posted.<\/p>\n

This is more romantic suspense than PNR, but it does have a PNR slant because of the psychic angle. \u00a0And for those who liked The Missing, this one will probably\u00a0really<\/em> appeal. \u00a0\ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

And Gus is an\u00a0ass<\/em>. \u00a0I loved him. He’s sexy and he’s broody and he’s an ass.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Rising from the bed, he paced over to her.
\nShe remained where she was, although her hand curved
\naround the weapon\u2019s grip. Her pulse slammed away in her throat,
\nand her eyes watched him with a world of caution. \u201cI keep him
\nsafe,\u201d he said softly. \u201cCall your boss and bring him back.\u201d
\n\u201cNo.\u201d
\nShooting out his hands, he grabbed her arms and jerked her
\nupright. Nose to nose, he leaned in, staring into her eyes. The scent
\nof her went straight to his head, straight to his dick. Why had she
\ndone this? The last thing he could do now . . . actually, the last
\nthing he should have done ever was trust her, want her . . . and yet
\nthat was what he wanted to do. But she\u2019d let them take Alex.
\n\u201cCall him,\u201d he said again. \u201cOr you\u2019re not going to like what I
\ndo when you refuse this time.\u201d
\nShe reached up and laid a hand on his throat. \u201cWell, here\u2019s
\nthe problem. If you hurt me, I can tell you this, right now, Jones
\nis never going to turn that kid back over to you. It\u2019s just not going
\nto happen.\u201d Her thumb stroked over his skin and that light touch
\nseemed to echo through every damn inch of him. \u201cOf course, I
\nrealize that isn\u2019t necessarily going to stop you. I remember what
\nyou said you\u2019d do and I\u2019m prepared\u2014\u201d
\n\u201cPrepared.\u201d He cut her off. Fury and lust tangled inside him
\nand he lowered her back to the floor. Eyeing the door, he crossed
\nover to it and grabbed the chair, wedging it under the handle to
\nkeep it shut. It wouldn\u2019t last for long, but he wouldn\u2019t need long
\nto make his point, he figured. Turning back around, he stared at
\nVaughnne. \u201cYou have about thirty seconds to use that gun or
\nyou\u2019ll regret it.\u201d
\nA slim black brow arched.
\nThen, she laid the gun on the table by the bed. \u201cI\u2019m not using
\nit on you. I\u2019m not calling Jones. You do what you think you have
\nto, Gus, but I did what I had to. You want Alex safe. You make
\nhim safe. Eliminate the threat.\u201d Her eyes narrowed and she added
\nsoftly, \u201cFYI . . . I am not the threat, but if you\u2019re too stupid\u2014\u201d
\nThe rest of the words were caught against his mouth.<\/p>\n

I do want to make a note, I’ve had a number of people email me…paraphrasing here…<\/p>\n

I’m not in a book club, but I’d love to review your books…<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

That’s awesome and I love you, but pretty please, if you want to review them, please contact my various publishers. \u00a0This isn’t just about reviews. \u00a0It’s that uber-crucial word of mouth and trying to introduce my books to new groups of readers. \u00a0As I’ve mentioned recently, I’m probably going to have to end the Grimm series, and the FBI books are going on life-support, thus the need to try something new, get things pumping again for the other books.<\/p>\n

Bloggers and reviewers who belong to book clubs are more than welcome to contact me about the book club idea, but if you are solely interested in reviewing, please contact the publishers for review copies. \u00a0Thanks… \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
