A total stranger, and that’s what he’d seem like to her, he knew.\u00a0 How could he tell her he’d been dreaming of her for always?\u00a0 Waiting. Searching.\u00a0 Absently, without realizing it, he stroked his thumb across her arm, and it rubbed across the bare skin just below the sleeve of her shirt.<\/p>\n

Psychic energy.<\/p>\n

The shock of it had his still shaky control trembling.<\/p>\n

Her pupils flared.\u00a0 She sucked in a breath.\u00a0 “You\u2026<\/i>”<\/p>\n

Her eyes widened.<\/p>\n

And a rush of images slammed into them both.<\/p>\n
