\u201cThis one is new,\u201d he murmured. A dark, demented smile curled his lips. \u201cNew\u2026but she\u2019s not human anymore.\u201d Something flashed in his eyes. \u201cShe can survive in the void.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cDon\u2019t even think about it,\u201d Will warned.<\/p>\n

Crow\u2019s smiled widened. \u201cAnd how will you stop me? You are not as old as I. Not as strong.\u201d<\/p>\n

He took a step toward them.<\/p>\n

Will ripped opened the fabric that separated their world and shoved Crow through without blinking an eye. \u201cI said, don\u2019t.\u201d<\/p>\n

He snapped it shut before Crow managed to snap his wings closed.<\/p>\n

A spray of black feathers, blood and bone drifted down.<\/p>\n

Mandy gulped and stumbled away. \u201cWhat\u2026what was that?\u201d<\/p>\n

Will blew out a sigh and knelt down, lifted one of the feathers.<\/p>\n
