This is just one bit of news, and not relating to the nerve-shattering exciting phone call I took earlier.<\/p>\n
It’s very cool, exciting news, though, that I’ve been sitting on.<\/p>\n
Berkley has bought two more books… One is The Protected<\/em>, another FBI Psychic book, featuring a character you all will meet in The Reunited<\/em>. \u00a0Her name is Vaughnne\u00a0and she’s pretty damned amazing.<\/p>\n The other book? \u00a0A full length contemporary called Wreck this Life<\/em>. \u00a0The hero’s name is Zach, heroine is Abby and she doesn’t know that he’s been in love with her for years. \u00a0 And that’s all I have to say about that…it’s fun, though. \u00a0I talked it over with Helenkay Dimon in Arizona and she seemed to really love the idea. \u00a0And I’m having a ball writing it. \u00a0Here… snippet<\/em>!<\/p>\n “Nah. I actually figured out a plan.\u00a0 It’s a weird one, but I’m here to ask you to help me do one of the things on the list.”<\/p>\n “Okay…” He hooked his thumbs in his pockets and waited.<\/p>\n “I want a tattoo.”<\/p>\n Zach closed his eyes.\u00a0 Reaching up, he rubbed his right ear and then said, “You want what?”<\/p>\n “A tattoo.”\u00a0 She wiggled the book and said, “I wrote it down and everything.\u00a0 I did it last night and I’ve thought about it all day and I’m sure I want to do it, so stop looking at me like I’ve lost my mind, okay?”<\/p>\n
