Downtime…and while I’m gone… Book bloggers? Tarnished Knight

Superstickies link found via PBW...

While I’m gone… I keep forgetting to do this.  I have my author copies of Tarnished Knight, Grimm # 4.  Any book bloggers interested and think you can have a review posted the week of 10.25?  Yes, I know it’s short notice, I’m so sorry…

If you’re a book blogger, can get it posted and are interested, leave a link to your blog and let me know in comments.  If I decide to chose you, I’ll be in touch.  *Please note, I tend to chose ACTIVE book bloggers…meaning those who regularly post on their blogs.

More on Tarnished Knight…

Think you know fairy tales… guess again…

erotic paranormal romance

One look at Jack Wallace and Perci knows he’s going to be trouble. Even surrounded by soul stealers, he’s a one-man wrecking crew. What does he need Grimm training for? He’s already hell on earth, a warrior bent on destruction. And something…more.

He’s too strong and fast to be a mere mortal. Even covered in blood, he makes her forget she’s only here to do a job and get out. It’s twisted. Sick. She hasn’t felt this alive in three centuries.

Born with a natural talent for killing unnatural things, Jack has always known things he shouldn’t. The fact that Perci is one of them glows all over her. Giving him an unholy urge to see just how far he can push her before don’t touch me melts into touch me there.

When they come together, it isn’t careful or cautious. It’s heaven and hell, exposing all their raw and wounded places to healing heat, resurrecting memories of a destined love from the distant past. But the evil that destroyed them once before has tracked them here, threatening their second and last chance at forever. Demanding a sacrifice no one—Grimm or human—should ever be asked to make… excerpt

  1. I don’t have a blog, but I am an active reviewer on Amazon. Though my preference is to read and review a bit more leisurely, I can clear the decks and get a book read and reviewed in under a week if necessary in order to meet a deadline.

Take a look at my Amazon profile page http://www.amazon.com/gp/pdp/profile/A3BTL4FV6ODKAT ; you can get an idea what I’m likely to do with your book based on what I’ve done with other books.

I wear my biases on my sleeves where IMHO honor requires them to be displayed.

  2. Damn, I wish I could! I’ve got a stack of library books due back soon.

Also, I’m not as active on my blog as I would like to be. So I’ll leave it to those who are more active and – hopefully – have more time.

  3. Popping in… you all know me, I can’t stay away.

Fred, if you’re following, are you open to ebooks? I’ll trying to remember to email you when I’m back-hopefully this will remind me, too. O.o

  4. Unfortunately, I don’t own an ereader or have any plans to buy one (though I keep hopefully entering contests that offer a chance to win one.)

The only ebooks I’ve read so far (or could easily read) are in .pdf format so if I can choose that format, no problem.

  5. Well, maybe one problem. We have only the one computer so for an ebook I would have to monopolize it both for the reading AND the reviewing, and my kids are hooked on Club Penguin!

Presumably I could receive an ebook quicker than a dead tree version, and on a tight deadline I might need every day saved on the back end!

  6. Okay…it’s not a long book, so if you’re an an average-fast reader, it might not take you too long. It’s about half the length of typical traditionally published books, or ‘category’ length.

I’ll be in contact more next week when vacation is over.
